• Payment is processed only after confirming the availability of stock. If an item is found to be unavailable post-payment, we will offer alternative options, request additional time for fulfilment, or provide a full refund.

Local Taxes and Duties:

• Customers are solely responsible for any local taxes and duties, such as VAT and customs fees. The prices of products do not include these local taxes applicable in the customer's country.

GST Invoice (Indian Customers):

• For customers in India, we provide GST invoices. To claim a GST refund, please provide your GST number at the time of placing the order.

Stock Availability and Substitutes:

• While we strive to maintain adequate stock levels, there may be occasions when selected items are unavailable. In such cases, suitable alternatives can be chosen.

Branding and Customization:

• We reserve the right to include our branding, such as logos, website addresses, and product codes, on items as long as it does not affect the product's essence.

Customization and Approval:

• All customization requests are subject to our approval. We make every effort to match samples; however, minor variations may occur due to the inherent nature of the materials. We are not liable for errors in printing after the customer has approved the proofs, except for errors caused by us.

Color Variation and Displays:

• The colors displayed on our website may differ slightly due to individual monitor settings. We recommend purchasing a sample before finalizing your order to ensure satisfaction.

Printing Errors and Proofs:

• We accept responsibility for any printing errors after proof approval. Errors contained in customer-approved proofs are not our liability.

Manual Printing and Color Variation:

• Manual printing may result in slight color variations in the text. These variations are inherent to the manual process.

Envelopes and Adhesive:

• The envelopes provided are not self-adhesive by default.

Shipping and Transport:

• We use reputable courier and transport services for deliveries. However, we are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that occur during transit.

Proof Revisions and Charges:

• Customers are entitled to three free proofs. Additional revisions or layout changes may incur additional charges.

Printing Expectations and Proofs:

• Printing outcomes are based on customer-approved layouts. We recommend paying for printed proofs for an accurate expectation of the final product.

Product Sizing and Placement:

• Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product size to ensure optimal placement of text and design elements.

Limitation of Liability:

• We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from declined authorization beyond mutually agreed limits. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
